This privacy policy is applicable to the Triloop app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, which was developed by Advanced Productivity Solutions (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is provided "AS IS".

What information do users provide to the Application?
The Application acquires the information you supply when you download and register the Application. Registration with the Service Provider is not mandatory. However, you may not be able to use certain features without registration.
The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.
What information does the Application collect automatically?
The Application may collect information automatically, including but not limited to: the type of mobile device you use, device identifiers, IP address, operating system, browser type, and usage data.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This Application does not gather precise real-time location information.
Does the Application use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies?
The Application uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance user experience and provide certain features. AI components may process user data for:
- Processing input to support app functionality
- Personalized content and recommendations
- Automated functionalities and efficiency improvements
- Application performance and feature optimization
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
The app uses third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, and subscriptions. These services may collect device identifiers, usage data, and diagnostics to operate correctly. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties as described in this Privacy Policy.
The Application uses the following third-party services, each of which has its own Privacy Policy:
- Google Cloud, including Vertex AI
- Firebase, including Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics
- How Google uses information from apps that use its services
- Google Play Services
- Typesense Cloud
- RevenueCat
- PostHog
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- as required by law;
- to protect rights, safety, or investigate fraud;
- to trusted service providers acting on their behalf under strict confidentiality obligations.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop all information collection by uninstalling the Application using standard uninstall processes.
Data retention policy
User Provided Data is retained while you use the Application and for a reasonable time afterward. Automatically Collected Data is retained for up to 24 months and may thereafter be stored in aggregated form.

Children’s privacy
The Application does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted promptly.
Security
The Service Provider implements physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
