This page explains how to delete your account and what happens to your data after you request deletion.
How to delete your account
You can delete your account directly in the app.
- Open the app
- Go to Profile
- Select Delete Account
What data is deleted
When you delete your account, your account and associated app data are deleted, including your tasks, habits, journal entries, and other account-related data stored for your use of the app.
What data may be retained
We may retain limited data where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes. Backup copies may also remain for a limited period until they are securely deleted in the normal backup retention cycle.
When deletion is completed
Your deletion request is initiated when you confirm it in the app. Your account is then scheduled for deletion from active systems. Complete deletion, including removal from backups, may take up to 30 days.
